Nonprofit Cafe // Creating a Workplace Employees Won't Want to Leave - Virtual

Join for One Valley’s free monthly nonprofit program, Nonprofit Cafe!

SESSION DESCRIPTION:

In this timely session, Karen Lum will address what we are learning organizationally from The Great Resignation and navigating our non-profits in an era of heightened self-advocacy on the part of our employees. Karen will share key factors that contribute to a healthy, thriving organizational culture in 2023 and beyond. You will have the opportunity to take inventory of several key aspects of your own organization and leadership style. You will learn about the areas you need to double down on, and actions you can take to contribute to a work experience your employees will feel connected to and appreciate.

WHO SHOULD JOIN:

This session is primarily tailored to leaders and people managers at every level in the organization, and HR team members! That being said, any interested nonprofit staff, board members, or volunteers in the Gallatin Valley are welcome to join.
