DESCRIPTION:
Cross-sector partnerships allow nonprofit organizations to maximize resources and increase efficiency. We know this to be true, but it can be incredibly hard to build sustainable partnerships that extend beyond a one-time event or program sponsorship. Join Kari Anderson, Principal of Incite! Consulting for a deep dive into building partnerships that not only provide financial support but also have a meaningful impact on both parties. This session will provide practical ways to identify potential partners, tips for getting the first meeting, resources for making the ask, and strategy for building truly sustainable relationships.
WHO SHOULD JOIN:
The event is ideal for those who are new to their organization and unsure about partnerships, longer-term staffers seeking to deepen relationships with stakeholders, and board directors aiming to understand long-term possibilities for their community.
