This report includes information on nonprofit compensation and benefits in the Gallatin Valley. The goal of this report is to gain a better understanding of wage and benefit information specific to our community. We hope nonprofits will be able to use this report to better understand how salaries and benefits are adjusting with community growth and utilize it as a tool when making staffing decisions.
